The Enhanced File Search Tool allows you to easily locate a set of files based on your desired criteria. You can quickly find Word, Excel and PDF documents across all of your eRooms. The tool also has a powerful filtering mechanism, allowing you to more finely discover where your files are. There is also a keyword search and other criteria, such as date, type, owner and more. The Search tool also provides the ability to export your Search results to Microsoft Excel.

The Calendar Aggregator uses eRoom’s Custom Fields to allow end-users to categorize and color-code events that appear on eRoom calendars. The tool will aggregate events from calendars across eRoom facilities. There are two possible views of calendar data--a standard calendar view and a tabular/list view. A powerful search and filtering mechanism exists for viewing only the desired categories of calendar events (e.g., meetings, vacations, conferences, client visits, etc.).

A separate admin tool is provided that allows authorized coordinators to define the colors that correspond to the various categories.

Now under development, the Database Spreadsheet Editor will permit you to edit multiple eRoom database rows simultaneously in a spreadsheet-like grid. A special search query mechanism permits you to select the rows to edit based on your desired criteria. You can add one or more new rows to the grid and then update all edited and new rows with a click of the Submit button.
