eRoom Project Tasks Consolidation Management Tool

Net Portfolio developed an eRoom add-on that allows users to search tasks across all available facilities and eRooms. The standard eRoom task search only brings back tasks in specific rooms, requiring a user to labor through a time consuming process to obtain the same information from remaining rooms. In addition, the tool allows management to view tasks of other members and groups in the organization. Calendar events and database tasks are also returned in one view, organized and sorted in a number of ways.

Sales/Reporting and Cost/Invoicing System

Net Portfolio delivered a complete web-based solution to one of the largest new home construction builders in the Midwest. The .NET-based multi-year solution front-ends a Microsoft SQL Server back-end database, and consists of a number of modules, including the following: Sales, Home Construction, Service, Reporting, Estimated Costs, Invoicing and Email integration.

eRoom to SharePoint Migration Tools

Currently under development, the eRoom to SharePoint migration tools will allow organizations to swiftly migrate their eRoom application data to the SharePoint environment. In addition, Net Portfolio will provide customzed solutions in this area to allow customers to migrate folders, documents, calendar events, links and more from eRoom to SharePoint.

Online Contract Management System: GTE

Net Portfolio developed an online contract management system for GTE. The Lotus Domino based system helps provide quick responses to customer inquiries, minimizes customized contracts, and ensures full and timely compliance.

Active Server Pages (ASP) Using MS SQL : Visteon Corporation

Net Portfolio has designed several hybrid web based applications using Active Server Pages (ASP) with a SQL Server back-end.

Solutions provided include a concerns management system, and marketing success stories system among others.

Intranet Solutions: Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)

Net Portfolio was contracted to develop the MEDC Intranet. The system featured a company directory of more than 400 employees. More than 20 Departmental web sites, a Document Library, Employee Handbook, and several other resources.

Client/Server Sales System: Lombardo Companies

Net Portfolio has worked with Lombardo Companies in providing a client/server sales system for their home building organization. A Lotus Domino based Service System which includes up-to-the-minute tracking including e-mail notification also helps manage their day-to-day tasks.

Interactive Multimedia: Ameritech

Net Portfolio developed an interactive CD-ROM for the education industry. The CD was developed using Macromedia Authorware and includes several innovative features such as games, tutorials, and other learning-based activities.

Internet Training and Education: Ameritech Education Avenue

Net Portfolio helped educate teachers and educators across the state of Michigan as part of Ameritech's Education Avenue Grant program.

Training topics provided to scores of teachers included how to user the Internet in the classroom, and Microsoft FrontPage training.

Also, as part of the grant program each school was given a web/mail server. Net Portfolio developed the training program and manual for system administrators learning to use their new equipmnent.
